The itinerary of the Lady Sophia is based on every Saturday departure from Luxor for 4 Nights or 7 Nights and every Wednesday departure from Aswan for 3 Nights.

- Every Saturday departure from Luxor to Aswan for 4 nights (please refer to Day 1 to Day 4 of the below itinerary.
- Every Saturday departure from Luxor to Aswan for 7 nights (please refer to Day 1 to Day 7 of the below itinerary).
- Every Wednesday departure from Aswan to Luxor for 3 nights (please refer to Day 5 to Day 7 of the below itinerary).
Itinerary Day 1:
- Embarkation followed by lunch on board.
- Afternoon free leisure time.
- Dinner and overnight stay in Luxor.
Day 2:
- After breakfast, visit Valley of the Kings, Colossi of Memnon and Queen Hatchepsut Temple in West Bank.
- Return for lunch on board and start sailing to Edfu via Esna.
- Evening Tea Time on Sundeck.
- Manager's Cocktail party.
- Dinner and overnight on board in Edfu.
Day 3: -
After breakfast, visit Edfu Temple.
- Sail to Kom Ombo with lunch on board.
- Evening Tea Time on Sundeck.
- Free leisure time in Kom Ombo. - Sail to Aswan.
- Dinner followed by Galabya Party.
- Overnight on board in Aswan.
Day 4:
- Breakfast followed by visits of High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk and Philae Temple in Aswan.
- Lunch. - Visit to Botanical Garden by Felucca.
- Dinner followed by Nubian Show.
- Overnight stay on board in Aswan. Day 5:
- Optional visit to Abu Simbel Temple.
- Lunch followed by sail to Kom Ombo.

- Sail to Edfu.
- Dinner and overnight on board in Edfu.
Day 6:
- After breakfast, sail to Esna.
- Visit Esna Temple.
- Sail to Luxor with lunch on board.
